How do I place an order?
Browse products, add items to your cart, then go to the cart page and click “Checkout”. Enter your contact and shipping details, then pay securely via Razorpay to confirm your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments through Razorpay, which may include UPI, major debit/credit cards, and net banking options supported by Razorpay.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are processed within a few working days. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier partner. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout; delays can occur during holidays or due to logistics issues beyond our control.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges depend on the product type and condition. Customised or personalised items are usually not eligible except in case of defects or damage. Please refer to our Returns/Refund policy.
How do I apply a discount code?
Enter the coupon code on the checkout page in the “Discount code” box and click “Apply”. The discount will be applied to eligible items before you complete payment.
I made a payment but didn’t get confirmation. What should I do?
If the amount is debited but you didn’t receive an order confirmation within a few minutes, please retry tracking after some time and check your email/WhatsApp for confirmation.
