1. Where do we ship?

We currently ship to most locations within India through our courier partners. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you may see an error at checkout or we will contact you to discuss options.

2. Processing time

Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 2–4 working days after payment confirmation. Customised or made‑to‑order products may require additional processing time.

3. Delivery time

Delivery timelines vary by location and courier. In most cases, orders are delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch. These timelines are indicative only and may be affected by holidays, local restrictions, or courier delays.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping fees (if any) are shown at checkout before you complete your order. From time to time we may offer free shipping promotions; eligibility will be clearly mentioned on the website or product pages.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will update the status in your order details and may share a tracking link or AWB number by email or SMS where available from the courier partner.

6. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and PIN code are accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional re‑shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or opened packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please take photos and, if possible, refuse delivery or mention it on the delivery acknowledgement. Contact us immediately with your order number and photos so we can investigate with the courier and assist you.
