We want you to be happy with your purchase from Marathi Design. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within the timelines mentioned below so we can help.

2. Eligibility for returns

A return or replacement may be offered if:

  • The item arrived damaged or visibly defective.
  • You received the wrong product compared to your order.
  • You contact us within 3–7 days of delivery (update this period as per your policy) and provide clear photos and your order number.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, unless they were received damaged.

3. Non‑returnable items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:

  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non‑returnable”.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

4. Return process

To request a return or replacement, please:

  1. Email us at support@marathidesign.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Attach clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or defect.
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and confirm eligibility along with the next steps.

In some cases we may arrange a pickup, or ask you to ship the item back to a specified address. Please do not send anything back without prior confirmation.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement product instead of a monetary refund.
  • Shipping fees, if any, may be non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be cancellable. In such cases, you may need to follow the return process after delivery if eligible.
